		<description><![CDATA[Save the Children have set up an emergency Children&#039;s Fund for children caught up in the Japanese disaster.  International Medical Corps are taking donations for thier work on the health needs of those affected and you can donate to them at Internationalmedicalcorps.org.  The Japan Earthquake and Tsunami Relief Fund as launched at GlobalGiving.org.  To contibute to the Salvation Army&#039;s earthquake releif fund, you can text &#039;JAPAN&#039; or &#039;QUAKE&#039; to 80888 to make a $10 donation or visit SalvationArmyUSA.org.  To learn more about what Doctors without Borders are doing you can visit Doctorswithoutborders.org.  MecyCorps is also collecting donations.  If you are able to make bulk medical donations, visit OpUSA.org.  paypal announced that any donations made to registered earthquake relief funds using thier service, will donate thier transactional fees through till April 10th.  World vision are also taking donations for thier efforts with children.
