ALABAMA SARONG

Perhaps the most unique piece in our Denim + Carmine Collection is the sarong. This multi-functional piece measures 36” long by 72” wide and is designed for a variety of body types. Made to be fluid and adaptable, the material wraps around the waist and ties at the side.

Our sarongs can be worn for a variety of occasions: add it to your workday wardrobe, wear to work in the garden, or toss in your vacation bag. The sarong is available as a basic, and in two stenciled versions: Full Stencil Sarong and Alabama Chanin Sarong.

The Alabama Basic Sarong is made from our lightweight organic cotton jersey fabric and comes in a variety of colors. The Indigo Basic Sarong, a featured color in our collection, is so versatile and easy to pair with your favorite pieces: shown here with our Little Flowers Fitted Blazer.

The Full Stencil Sarong comes in our Paisley print, hand-stitched in an all-over negative reverse appliqué technique. The Paisley pattern winds around the entirety of the fabric. Choose your color way upon purchase, but we think the combination of Carmine and Indigo is stunning. The Alabama Chanin Sarong  is available in two patterns, Paisley (see below) and Little Flowers, part of our Anna Maria Horner Collaboration. Both are stitched in a negative reverse appliqué technique. An alternative to the all-over embellishment of the Full Stencil Sarong, this version features a subtle pattern placement along the front of the garment, using your choice of design.
