SOLD OUT: Artisan Pizza Workshop
Learn to make thin-crust New York-style pizzas yourself. This workshop will teach basics like how to stretch pizza dough by hand and create the perfect flour for pizza, homemade ricotta cheese, and seasonal toppings like Kale Pesto and Roasted Butternut Squash. After the workshop, participants will feast on classic New York White Pizza and other seasonal pizzas made from local ingredients. Participants take home a 2-pound bag of "00" pizza dough flour and all recipes prepared during the workshop.
Advance registration is required.
Casual attire suggested.
