Catering

In addition to daily lunch service, The Factory hosts an event space that can be used by the community for special lunch gatherings, business meetings, or parties. We have the ability to cater on-site group lunches for parties of 8 or more. Our team also provides off-site catering services for all events and special occasions.

We proudly serve organic and locally sourced vegetables and all-natural, hormone-free meats from Bluewater Creek Farm, the Fatback Pig Project, Zingerman’s Creamery, MuleTown Coffee Roasters, and other responsible purveyors. Work directly with our head chef, Zach Chanin, and the Alabama Chanin team to create a delicious menu tailored to your needs. Let us help you plan your next event—and bring the best of our kitchen to yours.

- These menus are only suggestions, and our staff will work with you to create a personalized menu to suit your tastes and needs.
- We are a small kitchen that serves locally sourced and organic homemade dishes and we need 72 hours prior notice to prepare for your event.
- All of our ingredients are subject to local availability and some dishes may become unavailable during the course of the year.
