This eye-catching version features the Tony stencil and the double negative reverse or double outside reverse technique, a treatment that uses appliqué, a middle layer, and a base layer. The skirt is fitted at the hips and has a train that is 4" longer than the front hem. Ready-to-sew with all fabric and thread included. As part of our zero-waste Scrap Project, it also includes the fabric scraps from the cutting process. The kit is made-to-order with three layers of medium-weight cotton jersey. Add an organic cotton kit bag for storage or gifting. Colors are named to indicate cotton stock.
