Filled Pasta Workshop
Enjoy quality time in the kitchen learning how to create fresh-filled pasta from scratch. Chef Ray Nichols will teach Italian techniques in this hands-on filled pasta workshop. Chef Ray will discuss various topics including the different shapes of filled pasta, the process of making the correct consistency of your filling, and how to build your pasta with the right sauce. Before you sit down to eat you will learn how to cook, dress, and plate your meal. All guests will take home a bag of essential pasta-making tools.
