UNA Introduction to Pasta Making Workshop
Enjoy some quality time in the kitchen and learn how to create pasta from scratch. Chef Ray Nichols will teach participants traditional Italian techniques in this hands-on pasta workshop. Participants will practice rolling, cutting, forming, and cooking the perfect batch of pasta while discussing various topics including fresh vs. dried pasta and rolled vs. extruded pasta. Before sitting down to eat participants will learn how to dress and plate the meal.
