Description Instructor: Sunne Meyer Our virtual Intro to Hand-Sewing Workshop includes a discussion of the physics of sewing, reverse appliqué, and other techniques from The School of Making. This workshop is suited to beginners and experienced sewers alike. Participants will choose from Journal, Scarf, or Poncho DIY Kit in your choice of our curated colorways. Once enrolled, you will receive workshop information and the form to choose your DIY Kit via email from The School of Making team. As the date of the class approaches, you will be sent a Zoom link to join us virtually. For US guests: A flat shipping fee of $12 has been added for the DIY Kit. For international guests: All orders will be subject to an additional shipping charge. Please register at least two weeks in advance to ensure that your kit arrives in time for the workshop. Friday, August 4th 2023 11:00am – 1:00pm CT $225 includes materials, instruction, stories, and laughter.
